3 all-natural eggs, avocado, 7~10 already-cooked med/large shrimp, yellow+green+red peppers, Lucille’s Hot & Spicy BBQ sauce, garlic powder, S&P
Super simple & delicious.
Prep:
1. Whip eggs with S&P
2. Thaw shrimp & peppers (if frozen) by running through hot water.
3. Slice avocado
Heat about a tablespoon of olive oil on med-low in small pan. Add shrimp & peppers, garlic powder, then about a tablespoon of BBQ sauce. Let everything simmer for a couple of minutes then get started on the eggs!
